About this Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Pricing Director to drive pricing optimization across both existing customers (backbook) and new business (frontbook). This role aims to maximize revenue, enhance margins, and support product and solution development initiatives through data-driven pricing strategies.
Responsibilities
Backbook Pricing Optimization
- Conduct comprehensive backbook analysis to identify underpriced customers and revenue leakage
- Develop and execute systematic price increase strategies for existing customers.
- Segment existing customers by profitability, retention risk, and price sensitivity.
- Design renewal pricing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value while minimizing churn.
- Implement price optimization algorithms for contract renewals and repricing cycles.
- Develop communication strategies for price increase rollouts.
Frontbook Revenue Maximization
Establish competitive frontbook pricing that captures maximum market valueDevelop value-based pricing models for new customer acquisitionCreate dynamic pricing frameworks that respond to market conditions and demand signalsDesign promotional pricing strategies that drive acquisition without eroding long-term valueOptimize pricing for different customer segments, channels, and geographic marketsCommercial Excellence

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance.Proven track record of delivering revenue / margin improvements through pricing strategies.Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and pricing analytics tools.Strong business acumen with the ability to balance growth and profitability objectives.Tell employers what skills you have
