Manager, Pricing

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Participating and Investment-Linked products by driving innovative and sustainable pricing strategies. Position Responsibilities :

• Perform the pricing of Participating / Investment-Linked (ILP) products, contribute innovative ideas to deliver competitive and sustainable product designs.
• Present and communicate pricing recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive sound pricing decisions and support risk management objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk Management and other internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new products.
• Support internal governance and regulatory review processes for product approval.
• Refine pricing methodologies, enhance actuarial models and tools, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Contribute to the annual business planning process by analyzing key financials, product performance and market opportunities.
