The Role

Location : Work From Home (Remote)

Salary : $3,500 – $4,200 per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team remotely. This role involves providing technical expertise, implementing efficient solutions, and supporting the team in optimizing our digital platforms and workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support and consultancy to internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to improve system performance.
  • Recommend and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability.

Ideal Profile

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical consulting or IT support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms, web technologies, and SaaS tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
