Job description
Job Responsibilities :
Handle all aspects of sales & marketing duties.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer network.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer & market retention and development.
Develop long-term relationships that build loyalty and trust with customers.
Responsible for managing key channels or strategic key accounts and exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent quality service to our valued customers.
To enhance business relations with existing clients as well as explore new opportunities for the Company.
To ensure that all new enquires are attended to promptly
To ensure customer contracts review, NDA are updated regularly and kept current
To ensure all customers PO are process promptly
To ensure all deliveries are shipped on time
To ensure customer complaint relating to sales, purchase orders are attended to promptly
To ensure customer Sales / Forecast record are updated promptly
Reviews the contracts and incoming orders to ensure that HYBRIONIC can meet customer's requirements
Job Requirement :
Degree / Diploma in the electrical or electronic engineering preferred
Relevant experience of at least 3 years in related industry
Excellent leadership and communication / presentation skills
