Responsibilities
Support the CEO in managing KIT's portfolio and investments, including but not limited to :
- Determining the optimal portfolio construct and capital allocation based on long-term market outlook and other factors
- Refining and executing investment strategies to achieve KIT's long-term objectives and drive superior risk-adjusted returns
- Leading and planning for the annual board strategy meeting
- Monitoring, evaluating and driving performance of the portfolio to drive returns and yields Determine long term strategic plans and options for various investments Identify initiatives to drive value and outperformance at portfoliopanies Undertaking hold vs sell analysis
- Supporting acquisitions and divestments, and asset management of portfoliopanies
- Supporting capital raising exercises
- Working with the finance and asset management teams on portfolio reporting
- Supporting investor relation efforts such as engaging andmunicating with unitholders and potential investors on KIT's mandate, investment strategies, performance and plans

Pre-requisites
Possess degree in business, finance, economics or related field disciplines or equivalentMinimum 10-12 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure or private equity investments, consultancy or investment bankingExcellent stakeholder management capability and able to work well across different functions and levelsExcellent written and oralmunication, presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to think out of the box, multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environmentStrongmercial acumen and high proficiency with financial analysis and modellingBUSINESS SEGMENT
