Roles & Responsibilities

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead operational excellence of People Development & Learning (PD&L) initiatives across SAPMENA region, ensuring alignment with global and Zone L'Oréal PD&L objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Harmonize, streamline, simplify and automate the core PD&L processes and ways of working across markets and zone departments
  • Collaborate closely with Zone business leaders, HRDs, HRBPs and global PD&L teams to ensure learning solutions directly support business objectives and talent development strategies
  • Ensure consistency and high-quality learning delivery across SAPMENA, championing best practices and fostering a robust learning ecosystem that encourages knowledge sharing, peer-to-peer learning and growth mindset
  • Oversee the deployment of learning technologies and platforms within the region and guide the markets PD&L teams to improve adoption
  • Monitor completion of mandatory / must / priority programs and collaborate with market PD&L teams to achieve learning KPIs
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors and Efficians shared service center and evaluate service delivery standards to ensure full usage and service satisfaction to the markets
  • As part of One Sapmena PDL team, contribute to the design, organization and facilitation of learning activations at scale across the zone

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

Process & Solution Design Designing innovative processes and solutions with the end user experience in mind.

Learning content Design Creating engaging and impactful learning experiences, by combining different techniques and contents, and using the right pedagogical tools.

Facilitation Designing and delivering effective presentations, training or events, whatever the format (in-class, virtual class,

livestreaming…), that engage the audience in understanding and learning about a new or existing topic.

HR Tools and Processes Understanding and utilizing various HR processes, tools and software in line with the HR strategy, in accordance with the demands for the HR roles and in compliance with the principles, policies, and procedures of the company.

Activation Excellence Designing activation plans to deploy the strategy at scale on the target scope, coordinating rigorously their execution from end to end, and monitoring results to adjust the plan when needed.

Data Strategy Understanding and implementing a strategy to ensure the efficient and sustainable use of data in alignment with business needs.

Data curation Collecting, structuring and integrating data from different sources to meet business needs or requirements.

Knowledge of our PD&L Systems is a must
