Job description

Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor / Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

  • Ensure strict compliance with various contractual QA / QC requirement conforming to project requirement.
  • Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when activities deviate from approved drawings

and contract specifications. Monitor corrective actions and process improvement, as well

as ensuring proper defect rectification of subcontractor workers across all trades.

  • Prepare and submit & monitoring Method Statements, Quality Records, Test Activities, Material Submissions, and Concrete Design Mixes for consultant approval.
  • Update and submit monthly progress reports related to quality matters to authorities
  • Oversee corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
  • Support external and internal quality audits on-site

    • REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma / Degree in QA / QC Engineering, or Construction-related field.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and QA / QC documentation tools.
  • Prior experience dealing with building projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
