Job description

Job Summary :

  • Basic $3000-$3800
  • Bonus avarage 2 months
  • Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
  • Location : Bendemeer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Retrieve PO from customer's web PO system
  • Issue PO to factories to process the order
  • Order processing and updating in the system
  • Managing in delivery schedule & liaise with factory & customers
  • Issue pro forma invoices to specific customers
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Sales plan input
  • Documents filing
