Job Responsibilities :
Financial Consolidation :
1. Prepare and review monthly / quarterly / annual consolidated financial statements.
2. Ensure accurate intercompany eliminations, minority interest calculations, and foreign currency translation.
3. Lead the consolidation process for group entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
4. Reporting & Compliance :
Deliver timely and accurate management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
5. Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and address consolidation-related queries
6. Implement improvements to streamline consolidation and reporting workflows. Team Collaboration :
Work closely with subsidiary finance teams to align accounting policies and resolve discrepancies
Requirement :
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance; CPA / ACCA preferred.
2. 5+ years' experience in financial consolidation, Strong knowledge of IFRS / GAAP, especially consolidation standards(IFRS 10 / 11).
3. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and tight deadlines
