As a HR Intern, you will be part of the talent acquisition team responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes, assist with candidate logistics, and contribute to sourcing and pipelining efforts. Additionally, you'll help with employee lifecycle initiatives, focusing on retention and engagement through planning, execution, and coordination.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection
- Coordinate candidate logistics, including interview scheduling and communication
- Support sourcing and pipelining efforts to attract top talent
- Contribute to employer marketing, branding, and efficiency projects
- Help with employee retention and engagement initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle
