THE HR Admin Assistant / Executive supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training adminstration and HR Operations. The role requires a good understanding of MOM Regulations and healthcare liecensing requirement.
POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment and onboarding : coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview arrangements and reference check
- Handle recruitment for healthcare adn non-healthcare roles in accordance with relevant authority requirement
- Conduct onboarding and orientaiton for new hires
- Ensure propoer document and submission of SNB registration / work passes
- Maitain and update employee records
- Manage proabation confirmations, contract renewals and employee exits
- Managing the communication channel with the staff e.g. announcement of policies, events etc
- Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents etc.
- Other HR function duties as assigned by immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalentAt least 2- 3 years of HR experience, preferabley in the healthcare or service industryGood knowledge of SIngapore Employment Act and HR practicesFamiliar with SNB, MOM and MOH healthcare staffing regulationsProficient in MS Office and HRIS SystemGood interpersonal and communication skillsProactive approach, Meticulous, Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlinesStrong organisational and time management skilsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentInterested candidates, please apply with your updated resume, expected salary and notice period.
