This includes managing the full ELPRO solutions portfolio, expanding revenue from existing accounts, and acquiring new customers. The role contributes to strategic sales planning in collaboration with the Managing Director and ensures alignment with global key account teams. Given the complexity of projects, accurate documentation of all sales and project activities in ELPRO’s ERP system is essential to support operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue GrowthDrive revenue growth and profitability across existing accounts; retain and expand current customer base.Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across the APAC region.Lead full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to contract negotiation and implementation.Own end-to-end customer relationship management, including regular touchpoints, feedback loops, and renewal discussions.Collaborate closely with customer service, project management, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.Provide input into annual sales planning and budgeting, aligned with organizational goals.2. Partner & Channel ManagementDevelop, nurture, and manage distribution partners to strengthen market reach and revenue impact.Support contract renewals and co-develop partner growth strategies.Collaborate with global key account teams to align local sales initiatives with global objectives.3. Market Development & Strategic InputAnalyze and understand market potential for ELPRO's complete solutions portfolio.Provide input to the Sales Director and Managing Director on strategic go-to-market activities, including pricing, positioning, and campaign ideas.Promote and build a strong sales culture focused on customer-centricity and solution-based selling.Ensure alignment between local execution and global strategy.4.
