Responsibilities
We’re looking for a driven Senior Regional Business Development Manager to develop and grow new business and execute business strategies in the Asia Pacific region.
- Own end-to-end business development process, identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand visibility;
- Execute strategies for product development and growth across regional solutioning teams;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to tailor and create proposals and service offerings;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global teams to drive cross-regional sales leads and collaboration;
- Act as key point of contact for regional clients, assisting with scoping and qualifying opportunities, pricing and tender submissions;
- Define plans for solution implementation;
- Manage tender process by engaging internal and external stakeholders;
- Conduct client presentations and participate in negotiations;
- Observe industry trends, innovations and technologies, in order to suggest best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the supply chain or logistics industry, with exposure to warehouse operations;Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently;Excellent communication skills, particularly in sales presentations and negotiations;Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally;Good organisational skills and ability to work well across functional and regional teams;Proactive, resourceful and enterprising attitude.Employment Details
