Job Description

• Own the end-to-end RTL design of digital IP blocks and subsystems, from specification to silicon bring-up.
• Perform micro-architectural exploration and implement optimal hardware designs using Verilog HDL.
• Develop and integrate IPs such as power / clock management, digital filters, and communication protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analog, validation, verification, layout) across the full IC development lifecycle.
• Conduct synthesis, power / timing analysis, and optimization for performance and efficiency.
• Lead design and verification reviews, ensuring high-quality documentation and design traceability.
• Support pre-silicon verification using UVM-based environments, mixed-signal co-simulation, and FPGA emulation.
• Assist with silicon validation, debug, and product ramp-up.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital CMOS IC design, with strong RTL and mixed-signal system exposure.
• Proven experience in Verilog HDL, logic simulation, synthesis, and timing analysis.
• Solid knowledge of communication protocols (I²C, I²S, SoundWire) and low-power design techniques.
• Experience with high-level modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB, SystemVerilog) for system evaluation is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and technical communication skills.
