Senior Finance Executive (1 year contract)

Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable, including billing insurers on monthly commissions and incentives.
- Handle Accounts Payable, including processing payments to vendors / suppliers and commissions / incentives to Financial Representatives.
- Prepare performance reports for financial representatives.
- Participate in procurement processes in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable Aging and follow up on outstanding payments for credit control.
- Prepare month-end journal entries.
- Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, including inter-company transactions.
- Prepare quarterly GST submissions.
- Conduct user testing for system implementation and enhancement projects.
