Your new role

My client is seeking a Private Banking Relationship Manager to manage their private wealth customer portfolio, predominantly Indonesia-based.

  • Initiate and establish new relationships (accredited investor segment)
  • Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation
  • Have oversight of the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentation, product agreements and service level agreements
  • Handle the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and introduction to the brand’s products or services
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised support
  • Improve and meet sales targets through long-term customer retention

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experienced in wealth management services to EA, Mass Affluent and HNWI – particularly Indonesian clients
  • Improve and meet sales targets through long-term customer retention
  • Good knowledge of financial and investment products
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory governance in the market
  • Familiar with Indonesian culture and the ability to converse with Indonesian clients and formulate reports in Bahasa to Head Office
