Your new role
My client is seeking a Private Banking Relationship Manager to manage their private wealth customer portfolio, predominantly Indonesia-based.
- Initiate and establish new relationships (accredited investor segment)
- Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation
- Have oversight of the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentation, product agreements and service level agreements
- Handle the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and introduction to the brand’s products or services
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised support
- Improve and meet sales targets through long-term customer retention
What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experienceExperienced in wealth management services to EA, Mass Affluent and HNWI – particularly Indonesian clientsImprove and meet sales targets through long-term customer retentionGood knowledge of financial and investment productsKnowledge of relevant regulatory governance in the marketFamiliar with Indonesian culture and the ability to converse with Indonesian clients and formulate reports in Bahasa to Head OfficeWhat you'll get in return
