Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Solutions Product Management Director to lead the design and implementation of scalable real-world data (RWD) solutions architecture. This role is part of the Product team, working closely with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and execution. The ideal candidate has expertise in healthcare data, including claims, EHR, lab, and other RWD types, and is skilled in translating business needs into high-impact data products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive requirements for RWD data products
  • Collaborate with leadership, product managers, customers, and data scientists to identify high-value use cases
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable data models and solutions
  • Work with Engineering to design and implement analytics layers and data architectures
  • Provide guidance on ETL pipelines, data normalization, and third-party RWD integration
  • Architect solutions for aggregating, standardizing, and analyzing EHR and molecular data, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Define best practices for claims data ingestion, quality control, and transformations
  • Develop frameworks for processing structured and unstructured EHR data, leveraging NLP and data harmonization techniques
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and define data governance strategies

    • Requirements

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and lead execution
  • Understanding of data product lifecycle and management principles
  • Experience with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Clinical, Business, and Customer Success
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and big data processing tools (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop)
  • Experience with healthcare data standards (OMOP, FHIR, HL7)
  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and lineage tools
  • Experience in pharmaceutical RWE studies and market access analytics
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker
