Roles & Responsibilities

OutsourcingWise is looking for capable and detail-oriented individuals with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to real-world finance operations supporting clients across ministries, public agencies, and private sector organizations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle statutory and management reporting tasks
  • Perform bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial close activities
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and client reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables
  • Adapt to and utilize finance automation tools (e.g., SAP environment)
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
  • Comfortable with digital tools and open to learning finance automation platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, independence, and team collaboration skills
