Job description

Job Scope

Walk the ground in selected hospitals, shadowing users, note challenges faced and to assist them accordingly.
Provide basic digital literacy training and support to those who are unfamiliar with technology.
Advocate for the benefits of using digital services and encourage users to adopt them.
Assist in customers' general enquiries.

Job Qualifications :

Diploma in any discipline.

Candidates with no experience are open to apply.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Training will be provided to understand the role, what they need to do as well as lead POCs to report their daily jobs.
