Job description

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Involve in kitchen operations on food preparation
  • Responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of kitchen area and equipment
  • Assist in waste disposal and ensure that waste management is handled properly
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene guidelines which includes proper handling of food and equipment
  • Help in inventory checks and ensure that kitchen supplies are stored and within reach

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess basic knowledge in culinary
  • Valid Basic Food and Hygiene certification
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
