We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant who is passionate about ecommerce platforms and live streaming. This role requires an independent self-starter who will take ownership of daily ecommerce operations, specialise in account management across multiple platforms, stay updated on platform changes, execute promotional campaigns, coordinate and perform live streaming sessions, and provide insightful data analysis to drive sales and customer satisfaction across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ecommerce Platform Account Management
- Own and manage accounts on various ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon)
- Become a specialist in each platform's features, policies, updates, and best practices
- Monitor and adapt to frequent platform changes, new tools, or policy updates to maintain compliance and optimise account performance
- Liaise directly with platform account managers to leverage opportunities and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure all product listings, pricing, and promotions comply with platform requirements and are continuously optimised
2. Ecommerce Operations & Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory levels and order processing workflows in coordination with ecommerce operationsMonitor order fulfilment status and handle issues or escalations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction3. Campaigns & Promotions
Plan, implement, and monitor promotional mechanics and sales campaigns across platformsCoordinate with internal marketing teams and platform representatives for campaign participationTrack promotion performance and optimise for maximum ROI and sales uplift4. Live Streaming Coordination and Execution
Plan, schedule, and run live streaming events for product launches and promotionsPrepare engaging content and product showcases for livestreamsOperate live streaming tools and engage the audience in real-time to drive conversionsAnalyse livestream metrics and recommend continuous improvements5. Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyse, and report on sales, traffic, campaign performance, and customer behaviourUse data-driven insights to recommend improvements to campaigns, listings, and overall ecommerce strategy6. Growth & Cross-functional Collaboration
Identify new growth opportunities and propose initiatives for campaigns, product positioning, or platform featuresWork closely with operations and marketing teams to align goals and processesSupport customer feedback management and post-sales service improvement initiativesRequirements
Minimum 2 years experience in ecommerce operations or account management, preferably with exposure to multiple platformsDemonstrated ability to specialise and stay updated with evolving ecommerce platforms' tools, policies, and updatesExperience coordinating or conducting live streaming or video commerce sessions is a plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to produce actionable insights from dataProficient with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or othersExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneouslyStrong communication and presentation skills for live streaming and team collaborationComfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and ecommerce platform dashboardsPreferred Qualifications
