Responsibilities :

• Provide expert skincare consultation and personalized product recommendations to customers.
• Conduct professional skin analysis and educate customers on Niance’s luxury skincare solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the elegance and prestige of the brand.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Perform product demonstrations, mini facials, and beauty treatments as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.
• Ensure proper stock management, merchandising, and cleanliness of the counter / store.
• Support promotional activities, beauty events, and collaborations.
• Support and manage CRM and social media platforms.

Requirements :

Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.

Professional grooming and presentation.

Basic proficiency in English.

Availability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
