Job description
  • L1 Support for Key Business Applications
  • Provide Level 1 support for S4 HANA modules, CRM system, CPQ, and FSM.

    • Business Process Improvement
    • Assist in executing and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes across the organization.

    • Collaboration with L2 Support
    • Coordinate with Level 2 teams for issue resolution, including raising required forms, supporting testing, preparing documentation, and facilitating go-live processes.

    • S4P and S4Q Configuration
    • Ticket Management and User Support
    • Documentation and Compliance
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for Change Request management, including requirement gathering, UAT support, and go-live activities.

      Requirements

    • Possess Diploma or higher academic qualification is prefarable.
    • Knowledge of CRM applications will be added avantages.
