Provide Level 1 support for S4 HANA modules, CRM system, CPQ, and FSM.
Assist in executing and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes across the organization.
Coordinate with Level 2 teams for issue resolution, including raising required forms, supporting testing, preparing documentation, and facilitating go-live processes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for Change Request management, including requirement gathering, UAT support, and go-live activities.
