Our client is a global leader in integrated maritime solutions, currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Southeast Asia and Australia / New Zealand (ANZ). This high-impact, customer-facing role offers strong exposure to cutting-edge marine technologies and evolving market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with shipowners, operators, designers, and shipyards across SEA & ANZ.
- Drive early-stage engagement to shape project requirements and influence purchasing decisions.
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including cost analyses and system configurations.
- Identify market opportunities and work closely with internal product and engineering teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Contribute to regional sales strategy and ensure alignment with global business objectives.
- Act as the key contact point for the SEA & ANZ region, representing both customer needs and business interests internally.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric sales culture within the regional team.
- Travel across the region to support sales engagements and customer meetings.
Requirements :
