Role Overview
You will collaborate with the Service Excellence Office (SEO), Information Technology Division (ITD), and Communications & Engagement Division (CED) to review and redesign the MinLaw website and select e-services. The goal is to create a citizen-centric experience that simplifies navigation and encourages self-help through relevant information and e-services on our website and microsites.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with MinLaw divisions to understand their operations and public interactions to inform website development.
- Propose textual edits and work with third-party vendors to develop tools supporting the website and e-services.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and make strategic design decisions in collaboration with ITD and CED.
- Utilize ISOMER to incorporate design considerations and user requirements; experience with WOGAA is advantageous for tracking website and e-services statistics and generating reports.
Qualifications and Skills
Tertiary qualification, preferably with knowledge of UX / UI design, user flow, storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes.Experience or familiarity with ISOMER and WOGAA is preferred.Excellent communication and facilitation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.Interest in leveraging digital technology for service delivery.Portfolio of past website or digital design projects is required.Additional Details
Successful candidates will be appointed on a fixed-term contract with no renewal option.
