Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee the operations of units achieving financial goals
  • Ability to development long and short term plan with the clients
  • Manage, build and maintain cordial relationship with clients
  • Conduct Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review with client
  • Lead and achieve customer's satisfactory survey
  • Achieve KPI set by the client
  • Responsible for the ah hoc event request by the client
  • Lead & supervise a team of staff to achieve goals
  • Instill training and building people capability
  • Responsible for the respective sector financial performance
  • Uphold the Compass Group's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards
  • Ensure high level of food quality is served at the units
  • Responsible for the scheduling and deployment of manpower to ensure smooth operations
  • Requires travelling to multiples units
  • Perform administrative duties

Health and Safety Responsibilities :

  • Follow Compass health, safety and security procedures
  • Maintain safe personal presentation standards
  • Consult on health and safety matters
  • Report all incidents and hazards immediately
  • Complete all required HSE training
  • Adhere to the site food safety plan, hygiene procedures and standards
  • HSE Policy / Procedure Documents :

  • Compass Health, Safety and Environment Policy
  • Employee Health, Safety and Environment Handbook
  • Relevant Inspection Forms / SOPs / PWI
  • Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
  • Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably specializing in Hospitality / Food & Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to liaise with all employees
  • Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill
  • Previous setting up of outlet experience an advantage
