Roles & Responsibilities

A global financial institution is hiring for a role, which supports firmwide strategy through planning, analytics, expense management, and risk governance. This position is part of the Spend Management team, responsible for managing third-party expenses and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage third-party expense payments and reporting for Japan and other Asia entities
• Understand local tax, regulatory, and accounting requirements
• Improve processes and strengthen internal controls
• Analyze data to identify trends and risks
• Support system upgrades and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Communicate effectively with global teams and senior stakeholders
