Job Overview
Our client is a global MNC and a leading electronics manufacturer to hire a Sales Account Manager to manage key customer accounts, ensuring sustained growth and high client satisfaction. This is a newly created position to support internal realignment and to take ownership of product lines previously managed by a senior team member transitioning to a new role. The person will Reports to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and relationship management
- Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Drive account performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high service standards
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and assist in pricing and negotiation discussions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to add strategic value to client discussions
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or electronic components sectorStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build trust and collaborate effectively with both clients and cross-functional teamsProactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindsetTechnically inclined; comfortable engaging with engineering or manufacturing-related topics
