Job Overview

Our client is a global MNC and a leading electronics manufacturer to hire a Sales Account Manager to manage key customer accounts, ensuring sustained growth and high client satisfaction. This is a newly created position to support internal realignment and to take ownership of product lines previously managed by a senior team member transitioning to a new role. The person will Reports to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and relationship management
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Drive account performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high service standards
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and assist in pricing and negotiation discussions
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to add strategic value to client discussions

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or electronic components sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with both clients and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Technically inclined; comfortable engaging with engineering or manufacturing-related topics
