- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Premier Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth by implementing effective relationship management and sales strategies.
- Drive sales performance through targeted initiatives, cross-selling opportunities and delivery of personalized financial solutions.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies and risk management guidelines across all client engagements.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales reports and implement action plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
skills and experience required
