Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a sales support or customer service role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Responsibilities :
- Provide sales support to the sales team.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Track sales activities, forecasts, and targets.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities.
- Support sales campaigns and promotions.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
