Head of HR, APAC

Your new company

My client is an established global sports technology organisation with a presence in over 20 countries. They are looking for a Head of Human Resources to take on an APAC portfolio and to be seated in their Singapore office.

Your new role

This role involves leading people operations in APAC, advising stakeholders, and ensuring effective service delivery. As the Site Lead in Singapore, you'll oversee office operations, localize global plans, and drive employee engagement, innovation, and productivity while maintaining cost efficiency.

This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including HR process optimization, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and onboarding, operational support, compliance and risk management, benefits administration, employee engagement and retention, mobility and immigration, and site leadership. The position requires overseeing office operations, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and driving employee engagement and retention, amongst other key responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and office management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English; Mandarin a plus for Taiwan support.
