Position overview
You will join a Team of 5 peoples including 2 Field Service Engineers to provide customer service and support.
With responsibility and autonomy you will, provide installation and commissioning of equipment and maintenance independently, identify technical problems and analyze through remote or on-site activity at various customer locations throughout the South-East Asia and Australia, New-Zealand, Japan, China.
This position entails at least 60 to 80% of travel.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment at customer’s facility
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting in case of machine breakdown
- Perform maintenance by performing diagnostic and preventive visits
- Conduct customer and end-user on-site training
- Installation and commissioning of equipment upgrade / retrofit.
- Provide service reports where applicable.
- Perform all work in compliance with safety standards and guidelines
- Providing recommendation to improve equipment, service and customer satisfaction by a positive relationship establishment.
Qualifications requirements
ITC / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.Experience as service engineer of +3 / +5 yearsDriver’s license requiredRequired skills
Excellent mechanical industry skills with strong electrical capabilities, if possible in special machinery maintenance.Proven ability to identify and resolve technical issues.Demonstrated experience in customer service, with the ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Proficient English, knowledge of Chinese and / or French will be a plusA high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.Benefits and perks
