Teams around the globe work with clients in metals and mining, chemicals, oil and gas, power and utilities, agriculture, food and beverage, industrial and manufacturing, and private equity.

dss+ is on a steep growth trajectory and are looking for an experienced marketer to help spur the growth across Asia Pacific. This role is pivotal in building brand presence, driving measurable pipeline contribution, and enabling our go-to-market teams with tactical marketing initiatives that resonate in high-risk, complex industries.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director and the Asia Pacific Managing Director, this role sits within the Asia Pacific leadership team. It is responsible for driving and supporting go-to-market efforts across the region. It spans from strategic planning to full execution ownership and involves close collaboration with senior leaders and key regional stakeholders. This individual will effectively bridge the gap between creative brand storytelling and results-driven demand generation, which is critical in scaling integrated marketing initiatives that convert awareness and social amplification into engagement, prospects into qualified leads, and leads into tangible business growth.

Job Requirements

You Will :

  • Develop and drive the regional marketing plan, aligning with global marketing strategy and regional business priorities to drive both short-term pipeline and long-term brand equity.
  • Create and oversee compelling content that fuels campaigns—thought leadership, case studies, email nurture flows, landing pages, and social media that drive conversion across the funnel.
  • Oversee a regional team of four, each supporting local markets (Australia, China, India, Japan and Southeast Asia), and manage external agencies to deliver best-in-class campaign support.
  • Drive demand generation programs with a strong focus on measurable lead generation, using a mix of inbound and outbound tactics—including social amplification, paid digital, ABM, events, and targeted outreach.
  • Align with global communications messaging and manage regional executive communications, and manage the media relations to maximise positive media coverage and brand visibility.
  • Coach and enable business development consultants, ensuring our client-facing teams adopt and use marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns effectively.
  • Report on marketing performance, including contribution to pipeline, campaign ROI, engagement metrics, and insights that shape future planning.
  • Leverage Martech stack to manage multi-channel marketing automation, track engagement, segment audiences, and drive campaign effectiveness.

Who You Are :

  • You bring 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with time spent in consulting, professional services, or complex solution-selling environments.
  • You have a strong track record in leading lead generation and tactical campaign execution, and can show how your efforts have supported sales growth and client acquisition.
  • You're hands-on with marketing automation and CRM systems—ideally Eloqua and Microsoft Dynamics —and understand how to use these tools for targeting, lead scoring, and nurturing.
  • You’re digitally savvy, with experience in using digital tools for outbound and social marketing.
  • You know how to turn insights into impact—developing content and campaign assets that balance brand storytelling with performance marketing.
  • You’re a strong communicator, equally at ease in strategic meetings and on the ground reviewing copy or coaching junior marketers.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at bringing internal stakeholders on the journey, especially client-facing consultants who are both executors and brand ambassadors.
  • Fluent in English and ideally Mandarin
