Civil Engineer (Project Management)

Responsibilities

• Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions
• Managing project budgets, schedule and resources
• Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
• Reporting project status to management team as and when needed
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies / authority on any development issues
• Identify potential construction related issues or / and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements,
• Deliver the buildings and infrastructure on time
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors
