Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. At least 5 years' site management experience in Construction, reclamation, or marine engineering industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office & Auto CAD. Excellent communication, leadership, and resourceful. Independent, diligent and highly motivated with good interpersonal skills. A self-starter and achiever with the ability to solve problems and meet project datelines and customer requirements. Note that most projects are typically located in the Tuas area.

About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Halex Construction Pte Ltd. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for developing and planning of project plans, schedules and budget.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of projects in accordance to the drawings and schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities to achieve daily work schedules and to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, team members and government authorities on project related issues.
- Attend site meetings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify deviations or problems.
- Ensures project is completed within the specific time and budget and meet all clients' and quality, environmental, health and safety requirements.
- Monitor site expenses, including labor, materials and equipment.
