What You'll Do :

Prepare beverages following our Standard Operating Procedures

Operate machines & equipment with care and precision

Maintain hygiene & safety standards

Take and recommend customer orders

Handle payments at the POS system

Open / close the kiosk (set-up & clean-down)

Engage with customers, handle inquiries & feedback professionally

Support teammates for smooth daily operations

Contribute to our social media presence by creating content (preferred skill)

Be willing to learn, receive feedback, and grow with the team

What We're Looking For :

• Prior retail or F&B experience is a plus, but not required
• Food Safety Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Full-Timer : Minimum 1-year commitment
• Part-Timer : Minimum 6 months commitment, up to 35 hours / week
• Passion for beverages & great customer service
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork & willingness to learn
• Creative and comfortable to create social media content (Preferred)
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends & holidays
