Coordination between internal departments as well as agents and relevant parties on ISO tank and Flexitank trade matters.
Liaise with agency offices on sales activities, market situation, sales leads and potential customers.
Administration of sales order processing including sea imports and exports processes.
Ensure all destinations cost requests to agents from inside and outside region are responded to promptly and accurately.
Manage all regional tender requirements.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams as well as agents to ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments.
Responsible for the sales budget set forth by management.
Set and execute the sales policy in conjunction with Company management.
Negotiate sales contract with Asia Pacific customers that is in line with Company management and Pricing team.
Analyze the traffic flows to measure probability on a round trip / triangular-based mode in conjunction with Cost Control Data.
Ensure communication and tasks related to other departments and agents are completed in a timely fashion and adhere to deadlines set, including monthly reporting to management.
Set up and execute regular visits to Company customers as well as relevant branch offices in the geographical region.
Analyze statistics and execute market research in the present markets as well as those targeted for development.
