Job description

Our client is a global trading company specializing in the procurement and distribution of plastic raw materials. They have an immediate requirement for a Sales & Business Development Manager.

They are seeking an experienced, target-driven candidate to expand their market presence in Southeast Asia,

South Asia, and / or the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales,

preferably in plastics, chemicals, or recyclables.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships in Asia market aligned

with corporate objectives.

Drive B2B sales of plastic resins (virgin, off grade & reprocessed), and other related materials

Identify market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient service

Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Business, or a related field (master's preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the polymer or chemical

industry, with a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is a

strong plus.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel frequently across Asia.

Job location : Neares MRT Ubi

Work week : Mon-Fri

Salary : based on experience
