VP – Financial Reporting / Control (6-month contract – Financial Services)

This role will be responsible for supporting the following :

• Maintainingplete and accurate accounting records for both stand-alone entities and Group consolidated results.
• Handling day-to-day finance operations, including ledger entries, account reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Preparation and delivery of timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports for Senior Management, Shareholders, and Regulators.
• Conducting detailed analysis of business performance against budget.
• Overseeing timelypletion of annual audit, tax filings, and other regulatory submissions.
• Leading the planning and preparation of the Group’s consolidated budget, business plan, and forecasts.
• Developing presentation materials for Board and Board Submittee meetings.
• Providing financial support for third-party business ventures, including maintaining full accounts and reporting.
