Job Desciption :

  • Assist Project Manager in administrative functions
  • Perform filing & documentation
  • Provide simple finance support such as coordinating supplier payments & customer receipts
  • Provide simple HR support such as preparing commission reports
  • Follow up with customers on payments
  • Flexible working hours / Part-time
  • Work from home arrangement can be done

Requirements :

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
