Job Desciption :
Assist Project Manager in administrative functions
Perform filing & documentation
Provide simple finance support such as coordinating supplier payments & customer receipts
Provide simple HR support such as preparing commission reports
Follow up with customers on payments
Flexible working hours / Part-time
Work from home arrangement can be done
Requirements :
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Positive working attidude
