Associate Relationship Manager

Posted byPractice LeaderOur client is a well established Banking Organization looking to expand its Offshore Private Banking Services. They are looking for an Associate Relationship Managers to support the RM's in managing its Private Banking client of the branch, key activities include sales, customer service, and administration.

The ARM is tasked to engage with them on deepening relationships as well as assist the RM in administrative areas covering the latter’s efforts in customer on-boarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation, and sales / account information management. He / She is expected to deliver in a timely manner and in alignment with prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements andpliance to service standards. He / She assists in developing AUM through cross- selling and account referrals to RM. The Associate RM may be assigned to 2-3 RMs for support depending on one’s rank, tenure, and experience.

In the absence of the RM, the ARM may act as the back-up RM to ensure the efficient, seamlessly consistent and continuous delivery of services to clients.
