We are seeking an experienced Marine Superintendent to oversee vessel operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage technical aspects of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have extensive maritime experience, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of marine regulations to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.

What You'll Do :

Oversee daily vessel operations and fleet management

Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations

Coordinate vessel maintenance and dry-docking activities

Manage crew scheduling and certification requirements

Monitor vessel performance and operational efficiency

Implement safety protocols and conduct inspections

What We're Looking For :

Master Mariner or Chief Engineer certification

5+ years experience in marine operations management

Strong knowledge of ISM, MARPOL, and SOLAS regulations

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Experience with fleet management systems

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
