Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sell-through Manager , you will play a key role in accelerating retail channel performance and enhancing product visibility and conversion across all offline outlets. You will be responsible for managing sell-through strategy execution, optimizing store-level operations, and leading retail teams to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Daily Responsibilities
- Sales Data Tracking : Monitor daily retail sales performance, identify best and worst-performing SKUs, and flag anomalies in sell-through rates across locations.
- Retail Store Audits : Conduct regular visits to key retail outlets to ensure proper product display, adequate stock levels, and compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Promoter Training & Motivation : Oversee regular product and sales training for store promoters and deploy incentive programs to drive performance.
- Promotional Activity Execution : Ensure promotions are executed as planned, troubleshoot issues on-site, and gather first-hand feedback from staff and customers.
- Market Feedback Loop : Collect and consolidate in-store and consumer insights, and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, planning).
Weekly Tasks
Analyze weekly sales trends, identify gaps or opportunities, and propose corrective actions.Lead in-store visits to key outlets to reinforce product knowledge and promotional readiness.Implement structured, product-specific training sessions tailored to market needs.Review execution and effectiveness of current promotions and suggest improvements.Compile and present store-level and customer feedback to improve product offering and channel support.Monthly Deliverables
Produce a full sell-through performance report highlighting top-performing stores, challenges faced, and actions taken.Review and evaluate retail marketing campaigns and propose data-driven recommendations for future activities.Assess promoter training outcomes and fine-tune training content and structure for future sessions.Conduct goal review sessions with retail team leaders, measure against KPIs, and build next month's sales push plan.Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in channel or retail sales management , preferably in consumer electronics or tech industry.Past experience working with or managing accounts for brands such as HP, Lenovo, Acer, Canon, Dell , or other similar industry leaders.Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sell-through targets in offline retail environments.Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams and drive performance through effective training and sales programs.Familiarity with POS data analysis, inventory movement, and consumer behavior tracking in retail settings.Skills & Attributes

Candidate is required to perform the following working shifts :
Morning : 9.30am to 5.30pm
Afternoon : 2pm to 10pm
5x Compulsory Full Shifts : 9.30am to 10pm and also included the following rotating shifts timing
4 off days per month excluding Public Holiday
