Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI Social Media Platform

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on CTO to lead the technological strategy and development of our AI-driven social media platform. You will be responsible for shaping the future of social interaction through cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead the development of AI-powered features such as content recommendation, moderation, personalization, and sentiment analysis.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in AI, social media, and user engagement.
• Oversee the architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver innovative user experiences.
• Drive rapid prototyping and experimentation with AI models and algorithms.
• Team Building & Management
• Build and mentor a world-class engineering and data science team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Implement best practices in agile development, DevOps, and CI / CD.
• Lead the design and deployment of machine learning models for user behavior analysis, content generation, and moderation.
• Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for real-time analytics.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Communicate technical vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives and fundraising.
