About the Role
This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role with a clear focus on outcomes. You’ll be responsible for leading, managing, and coaching our Growth Team (SDRs) while partnering directly with leadership on client success, campaign strategy, and performance improvements.
We don’t just want someone to “manage people.” We want a builder : someone who can set up scalable processes, coach reps into high performers, optimize workflows using AI / automation, and actively drive client success alongside our leadership team.
You should have a sales / business development background and be capable of having strategic, high-level discussions with clients about lead generation, pipeline building, and sales growth strategies.
