MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES :

The key deliverable of the role is to enhance the sustainability standards of the organisation and its customers and includes the following responsibilities :

• Assist in projects (eg. Green Mark, Energy Management) to ensure timely completion of the projects and achievement of targets set
• To develop, track and monitor sustainability targets, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to meet or exceed the targets and enhance the sustainability standards
• Monitor implementation of sustainability SOP (eg. audit)
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather information and prepare reports and submission related to sustainability and propose initiatives to improve the reporting process
• Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve the awareness on sustainability and enhance sustainability standards
• Research on technologies / best practices / trends and solution / partner sourcing to further improve sustainability standards
• Administrative task (eg. putting up Purchase Orders, processing of invoices, minutes taking)
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior
