Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning & Development
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure, adjust, and edit e-learning content using designated software.
- Develop pre- and post-training checklists for SMEs and HR Leads to plan and execute online / onsite training events and workshops.
- Assist in the global implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Partner with Global Communications to create internal broadcasts, emails, and videos for various learning events.
- Support onsite training initiatives in collaboration with local administration.
Data Management & Analytics
Assist in training data reporting and analytics in key regions.Propose a global training dashboard to align Learning & Development initiatives with business objectives.Onboarding – “Business Expert 101” Roadmap
Support the upload and rollout of BE 101 e-learning content to target audiences via LMS.Contribute to the design of a global roadmap for the BE 101 curriculum in line with business needs.Talent Management
Assist in the rollout of Talent Review and Talent Mapping processes.Enhance the effectiveness of Talent Cards and Leadership Bench Strength resources.Propose a Career Development Plan template based on iNova’s leadership profile and business directions.Other Tasks
Support any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.REQUIREMENTS
Education : Students majoring in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology, or other related fieldsSelf-motivated, meticulous, and highly organized to manage multiple projects and tasks with tight timelinesDemonstrates creativity, initiative, and ability to work independently, seeking out resources as and when neededTell employers what skills you have
