Key Responsibilities
Carry out daily administrative duties and ensure smooth operations
Manage and process all billing and invoice-related tasks
Keep the company's filing system organized and up-to-date
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
Ensure the office has the required stationery and pantry items
Maintain and upkeep office furniture
Manage the mail and deliveries, sorting and distributing accordingly
