Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee leave records and timesheet administration.
- Support payroll processing and related tasks.
- Prepare and issue monthly client invoices.
- Oversee petty cash reimbursements and documentation.
- Handle inbound / outbound communications (calls, emails, correspondence).
- Maintain personnel databases, filing systems, and organizational records.
- Ensure office tidiness and manage supply replenishment.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and new hire onboarding.
- Conduct research and compile background materials as needed.
- Provide general HR and administrative support for assigned duties.
Compensation :
10 - $18 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications).Requirements :
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.Relevant prior experience.Availability : Minimum 3 hours / day (flexible weekly schedule : 3-5 weekdays, 9-35 total hours).Work in office located near Labrador MRT.Career Progression :
