Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage employee leave records and timesheet administration.
  • Support payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Prepare and issue monthly client invoices.
  • Oversee petty cash reimbursements and documentation.
  • Handle inbound / outbound communications (calls, emails, correspondence).
  • Maintain personnel databases, filing systems, and organizational records.
  • Ensure office tidiness and manage supply replenishment.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and new hire onboarding.
  • Conduct research and compile background materials as needed.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support for assigned duties.

Compensation :

  • 10 - $18 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
  • Requirements :

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Relevant prior experience.
  • Availability : Minimum 3 hours / day (flexible weekly schedule : 3-5 weekdays, 9-35 total hours).
  • Work in office located near Labrador MRT.
