Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
Design, configure, and implement SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, or others) based on business needs
Provide subject matter expertise in SAP best practices and industry standards
Conduct system testing, integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Manage SAP system enhancements, upgrades, and patching activities
Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with ABAP developers
Provide end-user training, support, and documentation
Resolve incidents, service requests, and troubleshoot SAP-related issues in daily operations
Liaise with project managers, business analysts, and third-party vendors to ensure project success

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant in one or more modules (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, etc.)

Proven track record in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Familiarity with integration between SAP modules and third-party systems

Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery models

Able to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines

Preferred Certifications :

SAP Certified Application Associate (in relevant module)

PMP or Agile certification (Scrum Master or equivalent)

ITIL Foundation (for support / maintenance roles)
